Just a little drawing I did a few years ago inspired by Boticelli's Birth of Venus. I think I need to get my hands dirty and draw something this week. I miss the feeling of getting lost in an art project that doesn't require my eyes staring at a screen for hours on end.

If you were in a crowded room you would quickly identify Ashley and Ben as a couple even if they weren't standing next to each other. Ashley in her Frye boots and some funky dress that only she could wear and Ben in his plaid pants, intentionally clashing blazer and thick rimmed glasses would be an indication that they belong together. I followed them around today to snap some photos for a little competition that the Penguin is putting on-- if all goes well they will be singing along with Alicia Keys and Jay-Z as they sip on a martini at some swanky hotel in Manhattan after a long day of Zoolander faces.
